If you’re going to leave, dont queue up
Sorry for using this tag for a rant, but if you know you have to leave before a game, don’t bother starting. I was playing a normal game this morning and my team was clearly winning when suddenly a surrender vote came up at around 25 minutes. I thought nothing of it and just clicked no as i assumed the rest of my team would. Then suddenly the vote passes and the game ends in a loss for my team, leaving both the other team and myself very confused. It turned out the rest of my team was pre made, had only planned on a 20 min game, and had to leave soon after.
Now i know that the issue with leavers doesn’t usually involve your whole damn team, but having a leaver or two is pretty common in most of the games that I’ve played lately. People just don’t seem to understand that when they hit the “play” button they’re basically committing themselves to the game for however long it takes. Please take into consideration that there are 4 other people on your team who might care just a bit more than you do so don’t ruin everyone’s time by leaving for whatever reason you choose to. I realize that there are occasionally extenuating circumstances that call can call for someone to leave, but far to many people rage quit or leave for stupid reasons far to often.
